Effective September 29, 2026. This policy applies to this website and its employer and healthcare professional inquiry forms. Jesus Escamilla is the contact for questions about information you submit here.

Information you provide

The employer form asks for your name, work email, organization, role to fill, location and timing. The healthcare professional form asks for your name, email, role or specialty, preferred location, goals and timing. If you contact me by phone or email, I also receive the information you choose to share in that communication.

Please do not send patient information, medical records, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents through these forms.

How I use it

I use inquiry information to respond, discuss a potential recruiting or staffing engagement, evaluate a possible career conversation, keep related business records, and protect the site from spam or misuse. Sending an inquiry does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an opening or placement. I do not use form submissions for an automated hiring decision.

Who processes it

This site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions so I can review and respond to them. If form email notifications are enabled, submission information may also be delivered to my email account. The site loads its display fonts from Google Fonts, so a visitor’s browser makes requests to Google to obtain those files. I do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

I keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, manage a possible business relationship, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. Access to submissions is limited to people or service providers who need it for these purposes. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask what inquiry information I hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting me below. I will respond to requests as applicable law requires; some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. You can browse this site without submitting a form.

Changes

I may update this policy when the site or its handling of information changes. The effective date above will be revised when the policy changes materially.
